These pipe nipples arrived cut to the listed length and matched standard 1/2″ threading. Threads were clean and consistent on all pieces, and they threaded smoothly into matching fittings without cross-threading. The black finish is even and gives a classic industrial look that works well for steampunk-style builds, shelving, or exposed pipe projects. The steel feels solid with good weight, and the pipes stayed straight once installed and tightened. Everything came as expected. Pipes were already cleaned and painted. Most come oily. Quality parts.

I used these black nipples to support a o gauge train set in my finished basement and the finish on them was very good. I was happy with the finish look of the supports and not having to paint them Made it easier for me.

These are the pipes used to make the Sanlaki 3d printed gunstock for VR gaming, and they are great quality for that purpose. I had to knock off a star though because mine arrived a little rusty and that rust transfered to my hands and onto the 3d parts of the printed gunstock as I was assembling it, which is kind of disappointing. Since I 3d print though I have lacquer and can just coat the pipes, but it feels like I shouldn't have to do that with a brand new product. Other than that though, I am very happy with their quality and they will server their purpose very well.

Great value! Arrived exactly as described and allowed me to build shelves at a fraction of the cost it would have been to purchase "ready-made." These are supplies that i will definitely keep on hand for DIY projects!

I have no idea what this material is. It is metal because it is magnetic, but it is the cheapest I have ever seen. I originally thought it was plastic when I took it out of the package. There is no weight to this at all. I would NOT trust this for any piping that you need it for strength or rigidity. I am using it to extend a drain that will not be under pressure. I would NEVER use these for a job on for someone else. They do not fill me with any confidence.

Do not use this for actual plumbing. Not plumbing quality piping. It’s good for light weight crafting. Not heavy shelving or plumbing work.
