So glad this is back. It disappeared for quite a while and I was using substitutes but nothing matches the ingredients ratio in this product and fantastic value for money. I always have trouble sleeping and know that if I don’t use this product then I’m awake much longer than I am when I do use it. I’m sound asleep in less than half an hour, generally, when I use this. Often much quicker. Could be psychological. Frankly, I don’t care! All I know is that it helps me 💫

Bought this as wanted something to give a nice smell as have dogs and also something that was nice to use in the bedroom too. I spray it in the living room for dog oudours and in the bedroom for sleeping too. Very happy with it as it works out cost effective. Although the smell does fade after time it does last well compared to other products. My living room smells lovely and not so much of doggie smells and our bedroom smells very relazing too. Will buy more when it runs out as having this has made our home smell so much better.

I bought these after seeing the “Amazon’s Choice” badge and reading pages of glowing reviews. The claims sounded promising – that they’d help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, for both myself and my partner, they failed on every single point. We’ve taken them exactly as instructed for the past 3 nights. No change whatsoever – we didn’t fall asleep any quicker, we still woke up during the night, and there was no improvement in how rested we felt in the morning. It’s as if we’d taken nothing at all. For a product marketed as a bedtime aid, this is extremely disappointing. The packaging and description make it sound like a gentle, natural solution, but in our experience it’s just an expensive sweet with a nice flavour. If you’re serious about improving your sleep, you’d be far better putting your money towards something with proven ingredients like melatonin. I honestly can’t understand how these have so many positive reviews, unless people are reviewing too soon or just like the taste. For us, this was nothing more than £X down the drain.

Nice scent but the spray pump does not work. Had to buy a separate spray bottle.

These work ! If you need that little bit of help to get to sleep then take one of these 30 mins before bed and you will no problem getting off to sleep. The taste is nice and easy to chew . O complaints from me . Would buy again.
