Very convenient and effective item.
Item is exactly as shown on Amazon.Fits very well and stays in place even after long walks of 3 km .... the arch is well supported and gives comfort.An improvement could be to have the raised gel portion shaped like a kidney-bean rather than a near ellipse as at present.Nonetheless, i am loving this.

Take time to get used to; but worth trying
At first, these socks feel annoying. The gel pad feels bumpy, almost like you’re walking on a rock constantly, which might make the first few days pretty uncomfortable. But… after some time, the sensation becomes less noticeable. Eventually, they do provide decent support, and my feet feel much better. If you can push through the adjustment period, they’re worth it.
