Horrible customer service over priced will not stand behind their products
I contacted the owner Gary about a problem of black flaking off the shower head, clearly a defect and he says they will not cover it. If I had bought a Kohler, Moen or actually any other brand it would have a lifetime warranty againstdefects. I contacted him....he wanted pics of problems.... sent them to him .....2 months later ...nothing so I called him again... said he never received pics......he is not sure how we clean the shoer head or what we might have done.....Clearly he doesn care or want to absorb the cost of his defective shower head! Stay away far away. I will be buying 6 new shower heads from a reputable company now, one that has a good warranty
