Effergrip once was the best adhesive but I've been unable to find it for about a year even though I checked sources periodically. I was so happy that Amazon is stocking it again. However, it is not the same formula as it was. It was originally manufactured in Canada and it had excellent holding power and NO ZINC. This new formula is manufactured in Germany and they do not list the ingredients on the carton or tube--only--NO ADDED ZINC! This new formula does NOT hold as well and and is not as good as the previous formula. I should know, I've used it over 50 years!! Please bring back the original! Until then I will be forced to use a different brand.

Mama likes it. Bad teeth, way too much sugar: fake teeth. Tried many brands before, the so called brand names, mama no like. Bought this one on a whim, like in "what do I have to loose besides the moola at this stage"? Mama loved it. Suddenly I am dancing around the house, sending love letters to total strangers, asking forgiveness for my indiscretions (too many to count) because the alternative is around $15,000 for a total replacement or if the cheap way, around $8,000. Suddenly she is using her teeth, they are staying put and when I ask, "how you like it, Mama"? She says better, much better. Hoping it was not a flash in the pan and instead a long term option, for now I bow to the makers of Effergrip and with the new price recently much lower I see no reason why I shouldn't buy a few, but not too many for it might wear off and mama may say to me: Me no like it anymore! But I am sure we will cross that bridge when the moment comes and certainly not before, because we like it right like it is. 4.5 Stars!

This is the third “popular” brand I have tried. The others are about the same. One may be thicker, one may hold a little stronger- but the premise is the same. It works like glue. It goes on. It gets hard and adheres. It dissolves off. THIS STUFF IS TERRIBLE. So bad. It stays sticky and tacky all day long. Never hardens. Makes it weird to wear because you are constantly adjusting. Constantly. It has a mint flavor that at first I thought was refreshing- but that stays all day too. It feels like you have tooth paste in your mouth all day. All day. Because it’s a sticky gue all day long it’s almost impossible to get off at the end of the day. It gets stuck in the bristles of the tooth brush. I had to resort to taking a bath towel to get it off. It did last all day. That was the one redeeming quality. The holding power was good once you got past the constant adjustments. Just never again.

Pro: worked great for my vampire teeth I used for Toga. They kept on for as long as I needed them for! Minty so I didn’t feel like I had bad breath. Large so it’s gonna last me forever! Con: pink so when it gushes out from behind the teeth because you put too much you need a tooth pick to help clean but can make your mouth feel a bit weird where it gets stuck to. Tastes is pretty unpleasant but the mint part made it tolerable. Once you get use to using it it’s pretty easy to work with. Keep on hand with you so if you drink it might weaken the adhesive. Would recommend to cosplayers or for costumes. 👌🏻❤️

I could not taste the mint. The holding did not last all day!! Nothing like trying to enjoy dinner when my bottom teeth are popping up!!

When it comes to taste I like this one a lot. As for hold I found they offer a strong hold. Can hold up to a couple of days.

very slow delivery .no better hold than pollygrip or fixident postage expensive .only lasted 1 hour and then came loose.i would not buy this product again best place for this is in the bin.

One star because I can't give zero. Probably the worst denture adhesive ever and the most expensive. Absolute rubbish, do not buy under any circumstances. Why did you choose this product over others?: At the extortionate price thought it might be good. Adhesion: Non existent, simply useless for partial dentures.

Nowhere near as good as fixodent plus, very disappointed..
