I’ve taken this for a few months in the past with no noticeable differences. However I read the studies about using this type of collagen and they all said it depends on the amount taken daily, but it can take 6mos to see improvements. So I decided to start using it again for joint and bone health. I’m in my 40s with some back problems. Anyway, it is a nice bump of protein in my morning coffee. However I normally get plain and decided to try vanilla this time - won’t buy vanilla again. I can drink it but it doesn’t taste great. It has that weird fake vanilla taste. Not terrible but not good either

My fingernails were disappearing! They had thinned to the point that they peeled, split and ripped if they grew any length past my fingertips.
