Duracell brand never an issue lasted well

They are batteries, what more is there to say. Proper Durecell so are of a good quallity and make.

Everyday household item

I've been a long life fan of Duracell, always made a b-line for them when i need batteries.However, these batteries i found to be as good as the Aldi/ Lidl specials you see at the till but for double/triple of the price. Which means the Aldi/ Lidl batteries are as good at these Duracell's for considerably lower amount of £. Should have gone for the high end ones, as going though these at the same rate as the (you guessed it) Lidl/Aldi ones, i brought before and thought they wasn't lasting that long enough, so brought these Duracell's.Brand loyalty is wavering now and I'm wondering if Duracell has lost it way as the reliable source of lang stamina power storage. Did see recently that they did car batteries and advertising on Race cars as well... Possibly lost so much of the market that they are trying to cash in on brand name, rather than R&D? Who knows... Waiting for Duracell Powerwall equivalent... Come-on Duracell take Musk on please =would love to see a black battery box with a shiny gold top on houses :D
