After reading the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and condition of the ping pong table when it finally got here. I am not a ping pong expert and wanted a table for the occasional family and friend ping pong game. For the price this table surpassed my expectations. Table is well built and much heavier than I expected. The finish is beautiful and I would definately recommend. My only complaint was that when you place the order on Amazon you are presented with a delivery calendar where you pick a delivery date and time that is available. I picked the next available slot which was 2 weeks away. I received multiple delivery reminder emails and texts and arranged my schedule so that I could be home to accept the delivery. The day before I received 2 confirmations that delivery was planned for the next day. At 4PM the shipper called to confirm the delivery. I told them I was all set to be home the next day for delivery between 10 and 2 (which was the date and time all the emails and texts from Amazon had confirmed). The shipper said that the appointment Amazon made and confirmed with me has nothing to do with them and the next delivery available was 6 days later which was disappointing as I now had to take another day off the following week just to accept the delivery... When the table finally came the delivery was fine. The 2 guys were extremely friendly and they did call 30 minutes before they arrived and it was at the time the shipping company did set when they called.... Puttting together is easy... but is a 2 man job just because of the weight of the table. All in all I guess it could have been worse and now that table is set up it is really great!

Got this table at a great price. I gave away our old particle board table some years back when we moved. I've been wanting another one for some time now looking at ALL outdoor models and price ranges. I saw that the Stiga Vapor went on sale and pulled the trigger. I was looking at an outdoor table that was more than twice the price and now I'm glad I decided to go with this table. The table ships freight and you will need to have an appointment set up and someone around to sign for it. I was worried about the shipping and that it would come damaged but it was packed well and did show up with a small hole in the box. We had the shipper sign off on it but all was good because the table was nearly flawless when we unpacked it. I say nearly because on one of the table sides where it says Stiga in the picture where the legs fold down, the rear edge of that piece was rusty across one edge. Don't know what that was all about but didn't affect the table adversely in any way and had nothing to do with shipping. Maybe we'll touch it up with some silver/argent paint. The latches are of quality and hold the table securely up in place. The table was super easy to put together and set up, basically just had to attach the wheel assembly to each table side and the net. I also like that it's not that heavy either. wheels are good quality and rolls nicely. The play action and bounce seemed fine for our casual family play. The blue top looks cool too. I bought the outdoor version because I plan on storing it in my garage and playing in the driveway. The separate sides make it a bit more compact than a regular folding table too. It was made in China, a little disappointed about that, but I guess that's why it was such a good value. I plan on getting a lot of use out of this with the kids and family get togethers. Hard to find any cons to this purchase. I did buy this from a secondary seller... they've sold a lot of items with good feedback. Dazadi was the vendor. No problems.

We have really enjoyed use of this table tennis table. It looks like it will meet our needs perfectly. I was debating between an indoor table and this outdoor model, and I decided since we'd be storing the table in the garage to go with the outdoor (I didn't want an indoor model to warp over the years, though that fear may be unfounded). I was worried that the bounce might not be as a good as an indoor model, but this is not appreciable at all. Occasionally you will hear a different sound from the bounce (particularly near the edges), but the actual bounce is still the same. I even tested it at various points on the table, and it appears to get right around 23 cm bounce point when dropped from 30 cm.I also like the fact that it stores so tightly. It locks when up (nice safety feature since my kids play in the garage) and sets up very easily.It was packaged very well. I was able to set up the table and play for the first time very quickly....all you do is add the wheel base and your ready to go.Update: January 2018. A year later, and I still love this table. Light, moves around easily, sets up quickly. Probably could have gone with an indoor version in our garage, but cannot complain about the performance of this table. I'm confident it will hold up for years to come.
