Q: Keypad is keep sounding and password does not work?

Enter wrong passwords 3 times, the keypad will be locked automatic & the keypad will be locked for 15 minutes, wait 15 minutes to re-enter your password.

Q: The button of keypad doesn't respond and light doesn't light up?

Check the cable if it is connect to the right way or it's loose, After this it's still cant work, normally it's the battery dead . It needs to change the batteries.
