Really helps
Nice pack of stress balls. I use them to strengthen my hands and wrist. Good size for small hands, easy to use. Comfortable tension. Has helped my hand strength a lot.

good for hand exercise
I use this to keep my hand with carpel tunnel syndrome limbered up. I don't know if the different colors indicate the strength like the color of exercise bands or not as I've only used the yellow one so far.

Good but collect hair because they are sticky material

These are fine balls, but only 2". My husband's hand therapist called for a 5-6 inch ball to practice with.
