Would not download any of my photo files and customer support was awful

I have tried to copy my music library to this device on 4 seperate occasions and each time it is problematic. It appears to save the music and I can replay the tracks, until I switch the lap top off or eject the device. Then on re-insertion, the device reports no files yet checking properties shows the device at almost capacity?Another time I got a list of folders as per the source device but the folders were empty in the main. I copied the files using the Powershell copy with the recursive tag. From my experience not worth anything. Looks pretty though!I see some of the other posters have been able to look deeper into the device and report that it is a fake and has been hacked to report incorrect parameters. Why is Amazon still selling this?

The product was exactly what I had hoped for, easy to scan the QR code and download the app, plug the usb in and works perfectly.Great product, great service and the shipping was earlier then stated.100% would buy again.

I want to save all from my ph not only photos and video contacts can not transfer to stick documents . Again but most important is tel numbers contacts

USB disconnect again and again and not transfer totally rubbish i wasted my money
