Traveled to Vietnam and took this every morning and also sometimes before a meal and did not have any stomach issues. We even drank ice in drinks and had lots of seafood and even a home cooked meal with no issues. I take these on my travels to help stop any possible situations you may not want. It helps me but I cannot say it will for everyone, you should probably ask a Dr. for travels to certain areas.

Holy not crap pills! These keep me so healthy in the GI when traveling. I always take these with every meal when I’m outside of the US.

Took these to Mexico and had no issues for the week long trip. We took one before each meal. A little on the larger side of a pill which can be difficult to swallow if you have issues.
