Gorgeous and Impressive
Beautiful. It’s so hard to find a pink iron these days. This one has a nice weight to it which works better for wrinkle removal because less pressure needs to be applied. Steam button and spray button work perfectly. I got a beautiful press from this iron and have already used it for at least 50 different garments of varying fabrics. Ok it doesn’t have a digital screen like some of the others but it has the same functionality. Long cord, love this! Ignore the negative reviews. If you love pink and a quality iron, don’t hesitate. Singer has been around since 1851. I’m sure that their irons are high quality just like their sewing machines. Make sure to empty the water chamber after each use to prevent calcified water from accumulating and affecting the proper water flow.

Great iron for sewing
It's hard to find a current iron that doesn't shut off after a few minutes. It does heat up fast, though once up to temperature this will stay hot for 1/2 hour of non-use, so I like it for sewing. The stainless steel plate easily glides over all fabrics as I've used it on silk, polyester, spandex, cotton and linen. The tip allows me to navigate tight areas like collars. It doesn't have the steam power of my mom's Rowenta but the steam is good enough and it hasn't spit on me in steam mode for the almost 2 years I've had it and I prefer it over my mom's. The surprise is how the cord moves easily which I didn't expect, but it has made using the iron that much easier. The control knobs for heat and steam do feel cheap are are loose to the turn. Comparison the Singer feels better built than the Rowenta, but the knobs feel cheaper. It comes with a cup for water and the sprayer works like every iron, but I prefer to use a separate sprayer for better mist.

A piece of overpriced garbage
My mother, whom I ordered this iron for is a skilled seamstress, she was hopeful that this would be a good iron for her work despite the troublesome presence of those safety timers that turn off the iron when it is left stationary in vertical position or if it is left horizontal for for a certain amount of time, we were both extremely disappointed, so much so that my mother called it a piece of garbage, I agree, and here is why. This Singer iron does not hold its temperature long enough to be of any use in craft work that requires slow, methodical motion of the iron, it shuts off in seconds, 30 min. shut off when vertical is not enough time as there are times when an iron on standby is not utilized for longer periods when sewing, or crafting. This hunk of metal and plastic is nothing more than a glorified clothing steamer and nothing more, and I question its effectiveness in that as well.

Great Replacement Iron!
The SINGER SteamCraft Steam Iron has been a fantastic upgrade from my old iron. This iron heats up quickly and provides powerful steam, making it easy to remove wrinkles from all types of fabrics. The ceramic soleplate ensures smooth gliding and even heat distribution, which is perfect for delicate materials. One of the standout features is the OnPoint tip, which allows for precise ironing around buttons, seams, and pleats1. The large water tank means fewer refills, and the 30-minute auto shut-off adds a layer of safety.Overall, the SINGER SteamCraft Steam Iron is a reliable and efficient tool that has made ironing much easier and more effective. Highly recommended for anyone looking to replace their old iron with a high-quality option!

Nice professional iron but the steam button got stuck and won't shoot steam after a few months.
Overall, I love this professional iron for my handbag business. It gets hot enough to fuse my interfacing evenly. I like the shape. The tip can get into smaller corners. The weight is good. A little heavy but not too much. It stays on for at least 30 minutes and doesn't beep when I am away from it for any period of time. It looks cute. After a few month of use, the steam button doesn't pop back up so I can't shoot steam but I can set it at the steam setting and steam will come out. Also, a little moist heat comes out when not set at the steam setting which is fine. I had contacted Singer about getting a replacement because it's still under warranty. They told me that I have to cut the cord and destroy the iron and send them a photo before they send a replacement. I need a backup iron for the time in between so I am not sure. I think this will probably happen again with the steam button. The iron is almost perfect as is.

DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS ISSUE LIKE ME
The iron was fairly decent and had a nice steam output, but the steam button will no longer engage after less than ONE MONTH of use. It's super frustrating as I'm seeing now that this is a common issue.

Wow
I really am surprised how much I like this iron. It is used primarily in my sewing room, so it is plugged in for hours at a time. It heats up really fast the steam only spits when it has not reached the desired temperature. The point works great on opening those quarter inch seams. I like it for dry as well as steam work.
