The system was very easy to set up, after filling the tank with water and the correct mix of nutrients as supplied I put some tomato seeds into the medium and within 6 days the first leaves began to appear, a few days later and I have strong healthy plants.

Easy to assemble and looks good quality. The pump is a little nosier than I expected but overall very pleased. Time will tell on the germination and growth!

Brilliant, easy, attractive, on time and I can’t wait for my herbs to start growing.

I was pleased with it when I received it at the end of April. About a month ago it started acting up when it would not start after changing the water mixture. The problem is with the 3 pins that connect the base to the lighting. The very small pins are spring loaded and one of them will not extend out and make a connection. Don't know who to contact to make a complaint.

Ok this has failed less than a year of use may be 3 motnhs last year and got it out the box to start my veggie plants from seed and this will not turn on do not buy these

Only issue is that timer for lights looses 35 minutes daily Contacted seller no help

I brought this for my daughter who has started to get into in door plants. Perfect size for her flat and look’s very pretty

Nice looking unit and easy to assemble.

As you can see, I am having great success with my parsley and basil (not so much with my rosemary, but rosemary take a long time to germinate). My only complain is that the light timing cycle is NOT 16-hours on and 8-hours off. It's more like 12 to 14 on. When I turn it on at 6 am, it should turn off at 10 pm and come back on at 6 am. It doesn't. I might turn off at 8 am and come back on at 4 am. I just turn it off and back on to reset it. The other minor problem is that the light is very sensitive to touch. If you bump the unit even with the slightest touch, the light will flicker a bit. Not really an issue because the light stays on and is quite bright!

So far so good - I’ve got seedlings sprouting in a few days and am keen to see how it goes over the next year

We only opened the box a week ago and planted the first set of seeds. They have already sprouted and will be ready in a week to move outside. We will definitely be ordering another kit in the near future. We had another brand in a different configuration and it leaked in the first week all over the bench.

Worked as expected for 12 months and then just stopped working.....not the only one this has happened to looking at other reviews.
