Ordered this because Jung Kook used it in a recipe and I’d never heard of it. I’m not mad. It’s a little on the sweet side but not overly, and while it still has hecka sodium - it’s a pretty decent lowER sodium alternative to soy sauce in some recipes? I use it a lot more that I expected to, I’m glad I got a 3 pack.

It might have two different judgement for this sauce.This one is for Korean BBQ like kalbi.Several restaurant they served some sauce with BBQ, that sauce makes taste much better.Thie purpose of this sauce is something like that. You don’t have to go to restaurant,You just prepare meat and grill and this sauce. So you can feel the same way .In my opinion, this sauce is not bad.More than expected actually,Try one bottle first, and then if you like itGo for it.

I'm super excited to add this to my cooking. Add this and garlic, makes excellent marinade for BBQ.

It’s sweet, salty, tangy. I love it! It’s such a perfect dipping sauce when grilling meat, ie., kbbq or hot pot. I would highly recommend this! It’s pretty similar to the brown, brisket sauce found at other kbbq restaurants. However, just be careful when opening, the lid and bottle is a little flimsy, and sometimes the sauce drips/spills out.
