Mau Lifestyle Gray Cento Cat Tree, 45.5" H, 37 LBS, Grey/Gray

A bit on the pricey side, but it's beautiful, sturdy, and the cats really enjoy it (tip: I saved our Amazon points so I ended up paying $2 and change)! We have so many cat trees and this one is the best because it's not an eyesore and actually fits with our decor better. I love that both baskets are strong and do not wobble so that means the cats will actually use them. The pads are super nice and plush and the legit branches are unique, fun, and beautiful to look at. The company knows that the best way to get cats to use the tree right away is to sprinkle it with catnip so a small packet of catnip was included and I love that detail. It was packaged well, super easy to assemble by myself; top to bottom, this is the best cat tree we've ever bought --hopefully it will last for a long time. The only slight ding is that the baskets are a little too close together so the lower basket is partially under the higher basket --I also couldn't get the dangle toys to be in the front. Despite rotating the two branches that the baskets sit atop, the lower basket is always a little under the taller basket. Not the end of the world, but something I wish were adjustable (same for the dangle toys, they're in the back and not able to adjust or change locations so they likely won't get much use). Would be nice if there were multiple rings under the basket and the toys were attached by rings that could detach so you could move them to better locations after assembly.

I’m coming up to year four with this cat tree in a multi large cat home. My cats spend majority of their day sleeping in the baskets. They don’t care much for the little hideout on the bottom, but that’s preference. This is the best cat tree I’ve ever owned. For a cat tree, it’s ’better looking’ than most but it also holds up. It’s very durable and takes the beating of my cats flying in and out of it all day and scratching it apart. The quality is unmatched and worth the money. I highly recommend this cat tree!

Amazing product, hands down! The cats were in the baskets before they were put up. The only thing, depending on the cat, the higher tier basket is hard for the second cat to jump on. They have to first jump in the first basket before getting up on the second one. I just pick up the cat and place him in the higher basket and he stays. So far, it works for me. Some cats might jump on it with no issues. The quality is very high end, it's very sturdy, the animals love the design, it looks great and modern, easy to put together.

Okay, it's a few bucks more than I wanted to spend but the cats love these things so much that it was worth it. The cats walked by them for the first two weeks. They wouldn't' even look. Next thing I know I can't get them out. They LOVE this thing. It's the first place I look when I'm doing a head count. The bowls have that perfect shape cats like, where their backs are always hugged. They can't stretch out long in them, but they can sit up or in the meatloaf position. The bowl basket things are well made. The whole thing is solid, actually. The two posts are solid wood branches and the base is solid. Funny thing - the cats have never gone into the cubby hole underneath, so i use it for storage. It comes with these two big furry, fluffy, soft, long haired pillows that go in the bowl, but mine have some nice towels on top of them because the cats are not sure about the hairy pillows. They won't even bat at them to see if they're alive. They work great underneath, though. It's good looking furniture, too. I can picture it in any kind of house - trailer, mansion, I honestly think they won't clash anywhere. My opinion. Easy to assemble, easy to move if you have to. But solid. Sometimes two cats will share a single bowl. I like how one bowl is higher than the other for the alpha to claim, but overlap slightly and take up less horizontal space

It's a beautiful piece of cat furniture that my cats were using within minutes, but there are some minor drawbacks. First, getting the hut together was a frustrating experience. It has 3 supports inside, to prop up the "roof" and anchor one of the tree limbs, but all the fur makes lining up the post holes and bolts a pain. But it seems sturdy, once it's all together. My pair of beds do not have the dramatic difference in heights that you see in the display image. The beds are quite close to one another, and they would be touching if I were to spin one of them. It's still very appealing to look at, and my cats don't seem to mind. Finally, I'm not a big fan of the synthetic fiber fur-lined pads that it came with. My other cat tree from MAU used a cotton blend type of bed, and I wish this model came with something similar. I may switch it out with something less irritating to the skin. But again, my cats seem to be able to sleep on it, so maybe it's just me. I'm not sorry I bought it and I don't think you will be either... if you can get past the sticker shock.
