Will this fit a hp Chromebook 13 in?

I am not sure. Chromebooks and Macs are pretty different, so I doubt that.

How does the bottom look as far as keeping it from getting hot? (venting??)

I've been using it for a few weeks now and have not had any problems with it getting hot. With that being said, there are not any vents cut out that I have located anywhere.
