Worked out of the box, worked after first charge. Not taking a charge anymore. Need to return for warranty, not sure how to do that. Hopefully the seller sees this review and can guide me the right direction to return for a replacement unit.9 days ago I received a customer service ticket inquiry, however I'm yet to get any customer service. Hoping I get the requested assistance so I can update this review to be positive.

My Dyson battery has started to die after a short time, and would make it pretty unusable for anything other than spot cleaning. Figured I would give this a shot instead of buying a new one. The fit was perfect and I took the opportunity to disassemble the rest of the pieces and scrub them clean. Paired with new filters and it’s basically new for a fraction of the cost.This was months ago and the new battery has been going strong since. I can run the vacuum as long as I need to clean the whole house with battery to spare - using both low and high settings. It definitely has noticeably longer run time than it did when new. Would recommend this for anyone who has a vacuum that’s a few years old.

Battery Does Not Hold Charge!!Very disappointing in product. I bought this battery in December 2024 for my Dyson and I am vey disappointed with it. Yes it worked great the first few weeks because it was new . Then the battery charge time just decreased every time I used it. It is plugged in every day so I can use it but alas it is a dud. The battery charge lasts 5 minutes if even that. Definitely do not recommend buying!

My several years old (but still good) Dyson vacuum would operate less than a minute before the battery would go dead. I ordered a replacement battery. Once received I did a quick test. Old battery went dead in 38 seconds. I easily installed the new battery and charged the vacuum then ran it. It ran for over 3 minutes and I was done vacuuming. I don't know how long it would have run had I run it until it ran out of juice. Good deal.

I ordered this battery on February 1st of this year. Today I go to use it and it has a flashing red light. It's barely over 90 days old and already dead. Won't take a charge while sitting on the charging dock. Very poor quality battery.

I just love my Dyson. It has lasted me for years and then my battery wouldn't stay charged. So I ordered a replacement. It was so easy to replace and worked so well and so so happy the filter replacements came with it. It's so durable and can feet in small places and under things too. It's so lite weight and with no annoying cord.

Do not buy these batteries. Mine lasted three months and completely died and will not charge. Do yourself a favor and buy one from Dyson.

It has 3 blue lights on battery. When left in the charger to reach a full charge it shows 2 full blue lights with the 3rd one blinking. Is this fully charged? Battery didn't come with a manual.
