It has a nice look love the product design with the majority being shiny stainless steel housing, you have a 15 grind size setting it grinds very uniformly, it is fairly easy to clean up and didn’t take so much space to our kitchen counter. The only downside I see is Its a bit small but it does the job so I don’t think that’s a big of an issue. Overall I would rate it 5 over 5!! Well designed and great operation I love it!

I purchased two of these. One is for me and the other was a gift. I had the opportunity to try it out while on a visit and found it superior to the one I have. I appreciate the ability to grind beans for a single cup of pour over coffee and it is quieter than any other I have used. Note that I said quieter. Grinding is noisy.

The initial disassembly was difficult as the directions are pictures and arrows not push and turn left or right. The same was true for the reassembly but now that I have used it a few times it comes apart and goes back together smoothly. The taste was much better after the 2nd or 3rd grind, must have needed some coffee oil in the grooves of the grinder. Good value for the price.

This machine works well. I was a bit hesitant to buy a machine with a grind amount control but it works very well. You have to do a little experimenting to get the right amount but once you get it dialed in you will never grind too many beans. The grind level control also works well, as coarse or fine as you like.

Honestly when your problems begin before it’s barely out of the box I think it’s time to cut your losses First of all it took me forever to remove the coffee hopper . It was so friggin tight And then get it back on correctly And then find out I’d have to do this after every use because of cleaning after every usage Never managed to get the coffee” powder ” container out from its position Then putting it back into the box for the return? I’ve had a Cuisinart burr grinder for ages and it’s showing it’s age So maybe I might have to rethink replacing it since it’s performed admirably over the years Only cleaned it out once in awhile when it started sticking , not daily like this one recommends

Price is great! It is super easy to use and to clean. The noise is not much too. It does the job. The grinding was awesome. I just wish it has more varieties of colors and designs. I would love to add colors on my coffee sections. Overall I loved it.

The grind is okay for everything except espresso. Even on extra fine, it doesn't grind the beans small enough for espresso.

Gone through about 2 pounds of beans so far and used for espresso. Does a good job on the fine setting and it is nice to grind fresh everyday. Very uniform on the grind.
