Dorman 933-405 Drive Shaft Repair Kit Compatible with Select Honda Models

Item will not fit OE driveshaft. These are made for aftermarket shafts.

Just like another user said. Its cheaper than buying the bolts. I went to Honda dealership and the bolts for the driveshaft were $8 dollars each. Thats $80 dollars. So I went to a hardware store to buy them instead, I did and they were $35 dollars instead but went I went to try them it didnt quite fit. They are supposedly 10M 1.25 bolts. So I saw this item and it came with the bolts for the 1999 Honda CRV. So I figure its just cheaper if I get this and use the bolts! They fit correctly and my driveshaft is now installed!

This kit does not work well as a fix for the Honda CRV joint replacement. The clips that are to hold the joint in position are on the outside. the problem is that Honda didn't put any grooves to keep the clips from sliding out. I bought a different kit that cost a little more that placed the clips on the inside of the collar instead of the outside. Hope this makes sinse.

By 1999 CR-V did not have a driveshaft in it when I bought it. I bought this kit for the bolts as they are a special hardened bolts and it was cheaper to buy this kit than to buy the bolts from the dealer. The joints and the bolts appear to be well made.

Receive on time. Was a dorman part. Fits perfect with new snap rings and bolts. Definitely worth the price.

Took just over an hour to strip old bearings out and replace with these. Sorted driveshaft vibration.

wrong part . not good to me,, cant use it .. return date expired july24,, ordered part for 2 liter engine,, but got part for 1.7 liter engine,, to small rattles .. is loose,, bad job,, I have a part I cant use,,
