Great mold. Very easy to clean as long as you are careful not to scratch it! I have made a dozen pounds of cheese and every one of them goes through this mold. I also combined it with a home-made cheese press. I highly recommend you make one yourself. There is no reason to spend as much money as a pre-made press will cost you.

I love this!!
This works great and used it with my weights and cheese making. Love it, and will continue to use it while i am making cheese. I think you can build your own machine to your liking and save yourself some money.

Perfect for for first time cheese maker
Perfect for for first time cheese maker. I used it with just weights on top before making a homemade press. Perfect size for pressing cheese made with 1 gallon of milk.

Missing parts, buyer beware.
I've bought 2 of these now. The first one came and was fine. The 2nd one just arrived missing the follower, and is useless without it. Now begins the return process, that requires a printer, and will certainly be a pain.

It looks better in the photo
It looks better in the photo. It will just barely get the job done but you could just build your own out of pvc pipe for a fraction of the price. I'd almost call this a scam. They should charge $5 for this at the most.

Someone's making a killing on this
I have to agree with another reviewer that this product is overpriced for what it is. It's apparently a food grade tube/pipe that has been cut down with holes drilled into it. The holes weren't even drilled well as a few are not cleanly drilled and are angled. The tube is somewhat flexible and the wall not that thick. It also has an odd perfume smell to it which is rather strange that I hope washes out. I wish I could have sourced the materials to make this myself as it is so basic that the cost of materials is probably a few dollars at most. It will redeem itself if some amazing cheese comes out of it!

Great Cheese Mold
Works great but wish it had a bottom. I set this inside a rice strainer, and put both on top of a pie plate to catch the whey. It does the job well. The follower allows you to put a 15 oz can on top for weight, which is good enough for farmer's cheese.
