This hat stiffener is a great product it works on cowboy hats, but also on Bucket Hats. This product help me to re-shape my Bucket hats to its perfect glory. Upon the purchase of my Bucket hats they come folded or zip packaged that put creases and folds in them. But the hat stiffened was easy to use, I thought it wouldn't work because of some of the materials Hat Stiffener is the best. It Shapened, easy to use great for all types of hats. Even soft baseball caps perfectly great for all hats

I’ve shaped a lot of cowboy hats over the years and have tried numerous products to stiffen when done. This product works well on good wool felt but didn’t do much on cheap hats when I experimented with it.( maybe had man made fibers in it.)

Does a good job.

Applied a first coat to a straw hat (Panama style purchased in Colombia) and am very happy with ease of application and stiffness achieved. The hat was in very good shape to begin with but was in need of some stiffening. It has benefited from a first coat (inside and out). I will likely apply a second coating. Time will tell how long it holds. For now, I am very satisfied with the product.

Good product but it was delivered with some spilled in box. So not a good seal.

Not much to say other than it’s a good stiffener, it’s easy to use with the instructions on the bottle itself, good size of bottle too. Makes it easier to shape and style your felt hats

This product was very effective for proper shaping of 3 new hats. Holds well.

Works great! I had never tried anything like this and so, I wasn't sure what to expect. One of my oldest western hats had been all crushed up at the bottom of a box, for decades. I wondered if I could get it back into shape and order some Bickmore Kahl Wool Hat Stiffener. Wow... it works great, and I now have my old hat back to looking like a hat, again, instead of a crushed up mess -- it doesn't look brand new but again, considering how damaged it was and that it is about 30 years old, I think it is good, and any flaws in the hat are due to age, not product used to re-shape it. I didn't think I would be doing a review and so, sorry, I didn't take a before picture... but I have included a picture, after using Bickmore.

Great product. Have learnt to reshape my own hats

Bought a really floppy crushable felt hat. Wanted it stiffer. Purchased this. Worked like a charm. It does wear out over time but application is easy and quick

Un bon produit, je l'utilise en wet felting, sur chapeaux, fleurs etc....Une bonne odeur. Il ne faut pas laver.

This is GREAT for reshapeing or shapeing cowboy hats !!!
