I like how it helped me sleep. I only felt a bit groggy. However this gave me headaches for some reason. You can't use this for more then one night at a time else the grogginess gets really bad. You can use it every other night and the grogginess is okay. The headaches also get worse if you use it multiple nights. If I couldn't sleep I just use another brand with this and it wasn't bad. For the price it's amazing though.

Does nothing

These help me sleep but the batch I got break apart into a bit of a mess every time I open the package. I have to sprinkle the bits into my mouth instead of having a full strip. Only 1 out of the 10 I have tried was a full strip. I have only gotten this one package so I am not sure if it is a fluke or not but I will be willing to try another pack to see.

One more product I almost missed due to bad reviews. I always made a point to read reviews before buying on Amazon. However lately I have noticed that this "bottom up" review system has its own flaws. I cannot understand bad reviews about the packaging- it's flawless- one of the best I have seen. Each strip is carefully packed airtight in tea bag like thin packets. (I can give benefit of doubt of defective product received by a few, but not so many reviews). Taste is acceptable too. It literally Melts in the mouth. Efficacy reviews are understandable. The ingredients (melatonin etc) have very subtle effect on sleep and may or may not even work for all. This is not a replacement for sleeping pills. It will not knock you out. I've used melarest 10mg (oil based) much before which seemed to work for me. I would even scoop out the liquid & use one capsule for 3 days. The next order after a long time came in dry tablet form which refused to work for me. The oil based is not available any more. I even tried the very expensive Now melatonin 3mg. Both the above had no effects, side effects or even placebo effects on me. This one (along with the earlier oil based one) gives me very slight stomatch discomfort especially in 1st few days. Ok so side effects meant that I could expect effects too from it. It seems to work if I take it for sleeping much before my usual sleep time i.e. 10 pm instead of 1am. No after effects in the morning too. Will i recommend it to everyone? Not really if you are expecting a knockout effect of a sleeping pill. Melatonin works for some & not for others. Also the effect is very subtle (may not work if your mind is very very active before you sleep). Use it as an adjunct to a good sleep hygeine. For me it seems to work for now & I really do not care even if it's just a placebo effect till it actually works. You can decide on your own. And please do write your own review. It's for our own benefit. BTW now im cutting the inside strip in 2 parts for 2 day use as the 5mg dose is not really necessary for me.

These melts are easy on the tongue & vanish quickly without residue! It's really calming & comforting!

It does put me to sleep in an hour, but I keep waking up intermittently. It doesn't give sound sleep. Also, sleep lasts for max 6 hrs only, since the dosage of melatonin is doubled to 10mg from the previous 5mg, I read online that high dosage results in early awakening.

Totally a game changer in my life! I have been struggling to sleep all this while due to stress, but restful sleep came to my rescue and I have been getting a sound sleep since then. I have been using this since 2-3 months and has no side effects at all, no sugar added and plant based, not like the usual sleep medicines sold in the market. Must try this product for the night owls!
