Unfortunately this eyeliner was dried out. It doesn’t draw and the tip breaks off each time you twist it up:( Not able to use it

This is the best drug store brand eyeliner for the waterline I've ever used, by far. It glides on super easy, and it stays all day long. You have to be careful not to advance the tip out too far or it will break off, because it's very soft, almost like a softened butter consistency.

I follow a makeup artist who recommended this as her favorite budget pencil so I took a chance. Love it. Glides on, no tugging and it stays put all day. Deepest Brown is a very flattering shade. I like it better than my Victoria Beckham which is $28
