Great bundle definitely worth it
Forza horizon 5 is one of my all time favourite video games. This pack gave me the ability to use some of my favourite cars and is 100% worth the money.

Forza Horizon 5 10/10
Review is based on my personal experiences via PC.I run a 2060S, Ryzen [email protected], 16gb DDR4 3200 and a 500gb SSD.I played/play the game at both 1080p & 1440p depending on location. As usual TLDR is at the bottom.First of all, breath taking. The sounds. The sights. The glorious smoke! This is Horizon at its best, whilst 4 was a let down for any of us fans in terms of engine sounds and in my opinion general feel, this game dials it all up and says this is what you came for.Your usual intro testing out cars before a brief intro on how this one plays out, how to expand and so on.Couple of races then it’s all down to you. Drive on baby.Car visuals are simply stunning in this game, be it in photo mode or cruising or blistering at over 250mph down a freeway…this title does a damn good job of delivering crisp engine notes all the way up the rev range and tight controls from start to finish. No matter the car you choose, it’s spine shivering inducing ecstasy when you pick your favourite and take it for a spin (after a quick mod and tune). So I take my R32 Skyline, stock at first and cruise along this gorgeous beach, the reserved note of the turbo and exhaust begging me to open it up.So I do. Shivers. Smile. Let’s go.Next I get my E46 M3, stock engine but tuned to within an inch of its life, exhaust included. Slight tune. When I say it matches that raspy roar of an M3 I really mean it. I see a corner, I dig and light up the rear tyres adjusting my angle, I crash. I’m in awe at the smoke effects on this title that I’m having to much fun watching it cloud as I shred my tyres around corners, through drift zones and down mountains. It’s all here, the drifting, the wacky tunes, the lush sounds, the late night cruises with randoms or mates. It’s Forza Horizon at its absolute best and if you’ve got a Series X or PC similar (better yet beefier) then you’re in for a totally jaw dropping experience.Setting aside the early connection issues where my friends would randomly disappear then reappear before ghosting off again, the fact I had to uninstall and reinstall, I can’t budge this rating, yes it’s bias, I love cars and I love driving games. If I don’t fancy sim Horizon is my go to, this delivers it in spades. Each car feels tighter to drive and respond to your inputs, the sounds all clearer and more authentic, it doesn’t slam my PC for what I’m seeing which is just mind blowing for me.For the price? Or if you own game pass ultimate. Don’t hesitate, drop the moneys, drive it like you stole it and have fun!TLDRHorizon at its best, insane graphics, much better engine tones, customisation mildly improved, map is just top notch. My only gripe? When do we get to go to Japan!

Great Fun Open world Racing
The code worked and was easily to install, the game is a great option if you want an open world racer, there are not too many other options in the market at the moment so this is a solid pick. The price was good, I paid about £25, I would not get it for more than £30 these days as it usually goes on sale.

Great Game
Forza horizon 5 is true to the horizon series, new cars though not many even with premium edition, the map is much bigger than horizon 4 but overall the game lacks the same thrill horizon 4 brought.

A beautiful game, fundamentally broken
To just drive, and experience, it is a stunningly beautiful game. You can lose hours here, just exploring, and it is absolutely worth it. It isn't yet quite as flowing as FH4, but the canyon section is a beautiful place just to flow throughBut the actually racing, the challenges etc, are flawed beyond meaning. Pick the car with the fastest launch and acceleration? Means nothing in race. None of the car stats appear to mean anything.Do a few races at a certain difficulty and get comfortable with it, and the next one is impossible. Suddenly the AI cars are faster off the line, faster in a straight line and through the corners. On one track you can finish ten seconds ahead with skilful driving, and on the next track be ten seconds behind after three corners with skilful driving. It's impossible to predict, and is beyond frustrating.Laughably, FH5 gives you a selection of cars to pick for the race, and then tells you every one is unsuitableTrying to do things in real world is a pain. Lining up to do a jump pr get an XP board. Often another car will appear from nowhere and ruin it all. And who puts an XP board halfway up a pylon and thinks its fun. Make things a challenge, but make it so it's a balanced challenge. You have to go on youtube to find the way to do it (just another way for FH5 to get clicks i guess. Sad), but the actual doing it has more than an element of luck. After a while, i's not fun, it's just a tickbox exerciseThe seasons don't feel much different between each other. If you loaded up a screenshot from each season, i couldn't tell you which was whichFH5 should be brilliant. But it has a broken difficulty curve, and is often a source of huge frustration. Effort and planning can be ruined by random events. You achieve results as often by luck as by skill, and that takes away from a game based on control, precision, balance, skill and learning. The developers are working to improve things, but will i care by the time they have. I've lost trust in the game now, and newer games are coming out.
