Nowhere is it mentioned that the product, once opened, is not returnable. Also a very basic back mounting plate is not included so wait for another week or two for a completely necessary part. (An incredibly simple plastic plate to cover the electrical box) Found the plate on Amazon for over $50!!! This is completely criminal!

I bought this mainly for the slab sensor function for the radiant in-floor heating system in my shop. It’s very easy to setup and keeps my slab within half a degree of what I set it to.
