QUALITY PROBLEM: the nail varnish is very sticky and does not work well at all. Also, this is clearly a USED product: the bottle is only half full of liquid, unlike the ‘new’ description on the web page.

Essies webpage didn’t say Earn your Tidal had a hint of green.. didn’t expect other colors to merge.
