The difference noted in the Amazon Basic Care Premium Saline Nasal Moisturizing Spray was that it was moisturizing-the others say they are while in time leave the nose dried out-not my experience with this product from Amazon. The squeeze spray application is efficient in directing the spray comfortably and it is easy to use. Effective & non-medicated relief.

Great product at an affordable price. Post menopause my eyes and nose became much dryer. This helped tremendously for my nose without causing any flaking. I use this twice a day - morning and evening. Completely unscented. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the spray bottle itself. Not great. I think ended up reusing the Afrin spray dispenser. Highly recommend this product for its effectiveness.

This Nasal saline spray has been very helpful for me; especially recently as my allergies have been bothering me more. I like that this is simply just saline spray, and it doesn't have anything in it that is bothersome to my nose. There are a few ways to use this spray (as the directions state); each way is very easy to understand, and helpful to me. This has been a very helpful tool to use while my allergies have been quite intense lately. I feel like this product helps to moisturize my nasal passages, and can also help to clear out the "gunk" that may be built up. I'm very pleased with this product, and am glad that I gave it a try. I feel like it's a great multipurpose saline nasal spray, and is very gentle and moisturizing. Additionally, I think this is a great quality product-and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has allergies, or dry nasal passages, and much more. Very happy with this item.

My ENT doctor advised using a basic saline spray to help my sinuses. These are relatively cheap, last long time and are easy to use. They help clear my sinuses for better sleep. Doc said it's better not to share these to avoid contagion, which is easy enough with the two-pack.

The saline concentration in this seems higher than others, as it tasted like salt water and tended to burn the back of my throat after application. The mist function was also poor as it’s not a pressurized container. Great size for travelling on a plane, but overall much preferred the Arm&Hammer version for a slightly higher price.
