Product with mold and dirt
Received a product with mold and dirt on it. Those cannot be just washed or removed. Now I cannot even return an item or replace it due to some policy?!! What am I supposed to do with it? I am eligible for a replacement or at least give me my money back if you cannot provide a proper good quality product.
