This leather is awesome and just what I was looking for. It seems very durable and it looks just like what I wanted. I rebinded my Bible for the first time never rebinded anything and overall I’m very happy with the product and think it’s going to last a very long time with this leather. Would buy again it’s inexpensive.

My old A5 notebook was fake leather advertised as real on Amazon, so when it started falling apart I decided that rather than get burned again I would just make my own. Bought this and an A5 ring binder mechanism, salvaged the brass clasps off the old notebook. The leather was easy to work. I had the whole thing done in about half an hour, and I have nothing like the proper tools (I used a pencil to mark my measurements, a pocket knife to cut them, and, a large nail and rat's tail file to make and widen my holes). You can see the result in the pictures - given my skill level and the tools I was using, it came out remarkably well. I can only assume this is due to the workability of the leather. I ordered the "soft brown" variant; it's a soft, matte leather colored warm middle brown. Smells like leather. Patinas nicely with use. I have no complaints.

Update: I place orders once a week for larger quantities of leather. This is probably one of my favorite leathers to work with, BUT they continue to increase the price so I’m on the hunt for something similar now. It’s a bummer, but increasing the price over and over puts a bad taste in my mouth. First Review: So, this is my #1 place to get leather for my products! The ONLY problem I have is that sometimes I get 2 of the same color leather. I use the Russett color a lot more and this time when I ordered I only received 2 of the darker color. So, they're slightly inconsistent on what they send you. I wish I could find a way to only order the Russett color but they're both beautiful.

Was very happy with the color, size and quality of this! I used it to refurbish an old writing desk and the outcome was better than expected. So far it’s been very durable. Highly recommend!

This buffalo leather is amazing quality. Sturdy and strong and will be well suited for rugged projects.

Nice looking pice of leather

First time doing any leather working and I’m super glad I chose this product! The size and thickness will suffice for any small projects you have in mind. The overall quality of the leather is very nice for the price overall a great value for your money.

I'm no leather expert but for me, this is a great leather sheet. It comes wrapped in a leather strip which is very useful, in a cotton drawstring bag. Nicely packaged that can be used again. If used this to make key rings, wallets, coin purses and a lighter pouch. To finish, I use a neutral mink oil balm. Burnishing to a shiney finish is also achievable. Highly recommended leather at a reasonable price.
