Taste and self stable

Unappetizing smells and color.
The package of riced broccoli is misleading. It clearly has a picture of it with more of a green color. However, once opened, it is a brownish color with a smell of old sauerkraut. I’m not sure if this is the way it is supposed to look, but it is unappetizing.

This sounded ‘healthy, so I thot I’d give it a try. It was OK and probably healthy. I won’t buy it again.

Great flexible easy to use unrefrigerated vegetable
These packages are so useful as rice substitutes and as a way to add a vegetable to almost any cooked dish. I put them in with other rice, in casseroles, in soups, and in gravies. It si great they require no refrigeration. They are infinitely flexible.
