Are the fittings metric or standard for this model. Does it require any special metric to standard adapters?

It's been a few years since I did this, but as far as I can remember the install was very typical for a bath faucet and did not require any adapters.

Is there a way to disable "EcoJoy" And get more flow and water volume out of the faucet?

I have not tried to do this. Our water flow has been fine

The faucet photo shows wide black stripes. Is this just a reflection?

There is no black stripes its a reflection in the picture.

Can this be installed with 12" spread? (I know description says 8" but just want to confirm.)

The hoses will be long enough to allow for a 12" spread.
