Excellent product! Place 30" from the tree to see great results
Arrived on time and in perfect order. Nothing damaged or any chipped pieces whatsoever. I placed the included red plastic cap on each stake and hammered with a rubber mallet. I'm sure a regular hammer would work also, but be careful because while driving them into the ground, the plastic cap has a tendency to come off with each strike. I'm using these on a group of Japanese Holly Sky Pencil evergreens, planted several years ago. It was a harsh winter, and I see some slight browning on some of the leaves, so I'm just providing them a boost for the growing season. I can vouch for these, but PLEASE PLACE THEM 30 INCHES from the tree you're fertilizing. Sorry for the caps LOL but that is the most important thing here to see results. Love your trees and they will love your back. It brings me great joy to see them healthy, green and reaching for the sky

Our evergreens seem to do better with these plant spikes. A bit of a pain to get them inserted in the ground. There's a rubber cup provided that can be used to help pound these spikes into the ground, but that only really works if the ground is soft. Recommend putting the stakes into the ground after a nice soaking rain for easier insertion.

Good feeder
It a great way to feed tree! Used several years now, but you must moisture the ground to get spike in easier. Need a hammer claw to retetive the plastic cap.
