STOPPED WORKING after using it one time
The worst product. The product has stopped working completely and I have no way to get in touch with anyone to help me. Very bad product and service!

Not worth buying
The media could not be loaded. The product I received was making a rattling sound as I opened it. Further there were 2 dents on its body. It's body is not made up of any sturdy material and doesn't seem it would have lasted for long by any means. Had to return it.
