You need to use a needle to create the hole. Then these insert easily & give instant fill. I love them.

I purchased these threads because they looked like a real bargain and the fish bone design looks robust. Unfortunately when I was putting them in, the thread doesn’t catch onto the tissue. The cannula just slides back out along with the thread. The thread doesn’t stay in the tissue. In other brands of threads, there is a small piece of thread that wraps around the tip of the cannula. When you push the cannula into the skin, the small piece catches onto the tissue and anchors the thread while you pull out the cannula. This thread doesn’t do that. I don’t know if I am doing it wrong or not but I. Don’t see any instructions on how to do it. I had to return it because I am unable to use it. Very poor design.

I made an entry hole and they placed well. I only used 2 one for each side, and the volume was outstanding! Very happy with this product and you get 20. I will buy again for sure! Love these

Great threads easy to use

I ended up ruining most of them.I just couldn't get them right & the thread would come out w/needle.But I kept trying. You obviously need to make a hole where you want to start,I do like the L cannula due to easing my worry of poking vessles or nerves when using .You have to keep the bevel down,not up ,push in slowly, don't keep the needle part against your skin cause it will mess w/the thread.When I did get it right, they were amazing.Not sure if I will order more.It was such a waste of money because I got only 4 treads to work.The rest I had to trash
