Most Excellent Product & Money is no option!
This product is big! Lots of room to cook most ANYTHING. Has Huge handles- a joy to use. I'm So happy. I am a self-taught cook. This is a wonderful braiser. A must-have in your cookware ensemble. A professional product without an expensive price tag! Don't waste your money on the $400.00 or $600.00 dollar name brands. It was Just under $40.00 Affordable for people in TODAY'S REAL WORLD. I bought this I tried it I did the ALL THE RESEARCH TESTING ETC rest assured that you don't have to waste anymore researching time. This is a very good braiser! it does the job. the best pot roast I've ever made and it gets extremely hot very fast with even cooking. I made a pot roast carrots and potatoes Lil white wine can of beef soup spices etc turned out WONDERFUL all the steam was kept inside. The lid does what it's supposed to do. it's a dome lid They all dont have dome lids! Lid has the little bubbles dots on the inside of the lid --so condensation will build up and drop back onto the food -just like the five and $600 pans. So-save your money and buy THIS one. Blue or Red. I picked this baby blue ombre color. I love it! It is a FANTASTIC product and I will be buying 4 more for birthday gifts and anniversary gifts. I WILL TRY TO SUBMIT ALL MY PHOTOS FOR SHOW. THSNK YOU SO MUCH TO THE MANUFACTURER WHO MADE THIS. THE GIRL IN VIDEO SOLD ME. BUT I'LL BE THE ONE SELLING YOUR PRODUCT BY WORD OF MOUTH & ACTUAL COOKING. 🏆 CLEAN up was a breeze too Just 2 minutes to clean from dirty to sparkling dry. Gem! No scratching no rust from screw top no chipping no staining. This is a winner! If you buy this- you'll be a winner too. Good Luck & God Bless. NOTE *Over time, i will update my opinion to make sure product STILL TAKES FIRST TROPHY 🏆 😉

Bruntmor is a new favorite.
This large Enameled Braiser has been a phenomenal work horse for me, and without any issue of chipping or cracking as I follow all directions thoroughly. It it such a beautiful addition to my collection of cookware, especially for enamel. It is well coated, and so easy to clean. It heats evenly and fast just using low heat that my recipes are actually cooking better. This is a company I never heard of, but is now at the top of my list. It is heavy at about 11.3 lbs., plus more with food, but it's size, balance and greatly designed handles make using quite easy. Personally, I do not put in dishwasher nor use metal utensils because I want it to stay beautiful and not mar the finish. Always on my stove ready to use, which is often. A NOTEWORTHY UPDATE: I am so in love with having the Bruntmor braiser, that I recently jumped at the chance to also buy a new Le Creuset 3.5 qt. braiser on a huge sale. I decided to add to my collection as everyone praises it. On my first day as I washed it with just a gentle foam sponge before 1st use, and the interior enamel just chipped off. Due to sale, it was sold out, so no exchanges and if I returned, there was no guarantee I would ever get that price again, so I am now in the process of exchanging via warranty. (Still thinking I should have just returned as my trust has been broken). Meanwhile, my Bruntmor is still perfect and looks like new. I suggest if you are pondering a purchase of Bruntmor, trust all the high reviews and treat it well and follow the instructions. Being Le Creuset didn't guarantee quality, so why pay more? Lesson learned firsthand.

Love, Love, Love!
I have cooked with a number of other Dutch ovens in the past, just never bought one for myself. We have been busy raising a houseful of boys, and a small farm. My kitchen was the last place we were going to fork over perfectly good money for cookware that either the kids (The Man) were going to mess up, or I could make the same food with less expensive pots, pans, and casserole dishes. Finally the boys (all except 1) are earning their own money, and paying for their own activities, and what little bills they have, so I finally broke down, and am beginning to stock my kitchen with good tools, cookware, and dishes. This was my second purchase right behind the Kitchenaid, & not only do I use it more often, so does The Man! O_O He has never been a cook in our house beyond noodles, chef boyardee, pancakes, grill cheeses, and occasional pancake breakfasts. Well - there were times when I had him brown the beef, or a few simple things like that when I had my hands full, or was sick. Any who - I had asked him to brown the beef for spaghetti dinner, and he fell in love with the pot! He doesn’t really enjoy cooking, nor has he been any good at it; However he has not only loved, and wanted to do more cooking - with this pot he has actually been cooking some really good food! (I kick myself for not buying one sooner) He’s not burning, or drying anything out, and he is really getting into the 1 pot dinners! I have been talking him through some of the more complex recipes, or dishes I cook that he really likes, but I have not once had to jump in to save a dish. He has actually gotten really good at a number of dishes! To say I am absolutely stunned is an understatement by far!! I have spent most of my adult life with this man, and this is totally new, and totally out of character! Not only has it always been a favorite pot, pan, casserole dish, I am now absolutely in love with it, & I absolutely-DO recommend this Dutch Oven to everyone looking for to add one to their kitchen lineup, & I hope my review is helpful to you!’ P.s. enamel is perfect, and the pot has a good weight to it, as does the lid We added a Black Friday deal we tried to hit, but missed them, and bought a red one here on Amazon.

Very happy, great product
Bought this to use for small batches of chili and stews. Its a nice heavy duty size, sits nice and flat and is just large enough for making chili for 4 (plus left overs). Because of the great heat distribution, I've braised meat, made spaghetti sauces and a few other things that need to simmer for long periods. My wife likes the color and versatility as well. Couldn't be more pleased.

Good quality, great price!
My wife is a great cook! She wanted a Dutch oven, and since I love her cooking, (and her!), I started researching them. I was shocked at how much the name brand oven goes for. She's worth every penny, but with only pennies left over, her new Dutch oven would be empty! Then I found this one. I was hesitant because it was so inexpensive compared to the ones they use on the cooking shows, less than 1/10 the cost! But it had generally good reviews, so I got it for her. Well, she loves it! She uses it pretty often, and is very happy with how well it works. She has used it in the oven, and on the stove top. I haven't noticed any food getting burned at the bottom. It's heavy cast iron, and so far, the enamel coating hasn't chipped or cracked anywhere. The manufacturers wisely left the rim unpainted, so there's no worry about chipping the enamel when you set the lid on it. The handles are a good size, easy to pick up and hold. Even though it has little drippers molded into the lid, it still holds a lot of condensation, so be sure to tilt the lid over the pot, and not the stove top. That's probably obvious to everyone but me. I read one review that mentioned rusting where the enamel coating has been left off. Remember, this is real cast iron, not stainless steel or aluminum. All you need to do to prevent rust is just treat that part like you would with your regular cat iron cookware and rub a little vegetable oil on it before you put it away. Obviously, I can't directly compare it to the much more expensive brands, but so far, it's been just about perfect.
