Yeah! Saved my earbuds from my kittens, stopped wars between my kids and I can safely transport them on film shoots.USA made!
Oh my goodness, this is the simplest item, but so helpful and handy! The pictures are just as they show. It is that simple to use. It's soft silicone I believe, so it is really easy to work with. This 'nest' has spared my earbuds from the ravages of my two kittens! The cords wrap neatly around this simple design. I think it's silicon, so its nice an pliable and easy to use. I liked this so much that I bought several, keeping the cats safe and the kids from fighting over earbuds. I even went so far as to color coordinate, so that each kid has an assigned color. Done! I can be rough on my earbuds, as I'm a producer and toss them into bags, my handbags, jacket pocket, etc. On top of that, I just love that they are made in the USA. Hooray!

More than just a Case!
I absolutely love this case! When I bought it I just wanted something to keep my earbuds from tangling. It has turned into a multi-tool that I don't leave home without! It does exactly what it's intended to do. It keeps the earbuds nicely organized and keeps them from tangling. It also extends the life of the earbuds as the cords don't get all wrinkled and twisted and there is less stress on where they connect to the plug and ear bud part. I've had this over a year and half now and it still looks brand new. I've attached pictures I took yesterday. One tip I can provide if you buy this product is when you are winding the cord around and you find the plug doesn't line up perfectly with one of the slots in the center, just unwind a few inches and wind it higher or lower around the center to get a new position. Ok the reason I Love this case is for the other uses I use it for. The greatest one is that I can take my microfiber cloth and push it into the center after my earbuds are in there and carry all of that in once compact case! So if I'm going to watch a video I have my cloth to clean the screen right with the ear buds I need to listen. Also I bend the bottom of the case halfway and it creates a little stand for when I want to watch a video. Since the material is rubbery the phone stays in place and tilts on an angle for a great view! All around it has stood the test of time. It has more uses then you might think at first. Awesome case!

Nice. Very nice.
This is my second one of these. The first I used for earbuds, this one is for a lapel microphone. Reasonably easy to use and they work as advertised if you use them properly. First fold down the outside layer of silicone. Then push the earbuds - or mic - into the center holding area Then wrap the cord around around the outside (which in a moment will be come the inside) until you reach the plug. Then push the plug into the center holding area. Now fold up the outer shell around the wrapped cord to hold it in place. To remove the earbuds - or whatever - start by pulling the plug out of the center holding area. Now pull on the plug and the cord easily pulls out and when it reaches its end, it pulls out the earbuds. A little larger than a guy would like to carry in a pocket - there would be a bulge, but fine for a purse or equipment pouch. Nice and soft and flexible. Definitely recommended.

Tidy little solution.
I've long used an old Shure hardcase for my IEMs, the nice small circular one with the winding basket in the middle. I don't know why nobody makes anything like that anymore. All of my IEMs have fit handily in it, and the winding basket (a hard plastic hollow cylinder in the middle - put the IEMs inside and wind the cord around the outside) makes packing up quick and easy, and prevents tangles. Shure now sells a larger version, and I don't know of any true alternatives to the original. I don't like the hardcases which are just empty inside save for a bit of netting, what an inconvenient mess. And I certainly don't like the cheap pouches many manufacturers like to go with, offering slim-to-no protection. I have enough IEMs hanging around right now that I needed to try to find another solution. Particularly, with the HiFiMAN RE-600, which needs a balanced-to-single-ended adaptor cable, things are a little tight in the Shure case, and the flexibility and convenience of The Nest seemed like a good idea. Protection-wise, I'd put The Nest somewhere between the useless pouch and a hardcase, though closer to the hardcase than one might expect. The silicone is fairly thick, and the IEMs themselves are rather safe in their little cubby. The top bit, where you push the IEMs through, is rather open, and I suspect give the right combination of things-in-a-bag, foreign objects could find their way through and muck up your IEMs. Additional reinforcement would be welcome, I think The Nest could be considerably less flexible while still retaining its convenience. And, convenient it certainly is. Use is similar to my beloved Shure case, though slightly better, as the silicone 'holds on' to the cable, rather than pulling as you wind. While this is a rare necessity, I'm sure, it is easy to get the HiFiMAN adaptor cable tucked away as well - there is plenty of space in the cubby. One could keep spare tips or the like in there as well. While I still don't think it's entirely ideal from a protection point of view, this does seem to be one of the (if not -the-) overall best/tidiest IEM cases currently on the market.

Would Buy Again ...
... except I purchased three of these at the same time at least 10 years ago. One of them is in almost daily use and shows zero signs of wear. The corded earpods installed also show zero signs of wear although they do hold the coil they've been in for a short time. I just purchased another device that uses a larger cord for charging and, while the larger size of this case now available would probably work better, I have installed it in one of the others I purchased so long ago just to shorten the cord while charging the new device. This is a top quality product!

Really good product that I'm glad I purchased. Quick to put in and take out even on the move and fits nicely in your pocket. Initially I used this with earbuds that had a small straight 3.5mm plug but I was worried about if it would still work when I got a pair of earbuds with the 90 degree plug at the end. Odd at first but still works just fine without poking me or anything as I walk/sit with it in my pocket. Only issue I can see is if you had one of those really long 3.5mm ends it might stick out so just watch out for that.

I'm not sure exactly what happened but there is an odd smell of old rubber after using it for a few weeks. I purchased 2 together and one seems to have a strong "burnt rubber" smell, the second has a strong plastic smell. The concept is nice, though, and carries a compact wall adapter + the accompanying cable together in a compact form. It's easy to access both the cable and the wall adapter by turning the edges down.

I use this for my phone earphones with call microphone built in to them. If you want them for the same reason, get the xl like i did, you'll need it. Very easy to use and quality craftsmanship, it'll last a long time.

This product works as designed. Easy to use and compact enough to fit into any pocket. So nice I bought it twice! I recently thought I lost my Nest and I liked this item so much and it is so useful that I immediately ordered another one.
