The product worked on arrival, for a few seconds, all I did was test it to make sure it would work for my online piano lessons that I teach, and I needed something dependable thinking ok the few seconds I tried this, it worked, then the first piano lesson of the day it didn’t work and it screwed the rest of the day up having to use the speaker on my phone which makes teaching online piano lessons much harder, it did not charge my phone as it kept making loud glitching noises in my ear, nor could I hear anything in my earphones but a loud error sound. This is a piece of garbage that is being returned, I live an hour away from the ups store so this piece of crap isn’t worth the gas money or the time. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I had to buy one from Walmart for $30. I used to have one similar to this one on Amazon (not this company or this particular adapter) and it lasted 2 years, but this company needs to stop selling this garbage to people.

Great for the wired headphones to charge and listen!

I’ve had it for three months, and now the music jack part, won’t connect with my phone. The charging port still works.
