I'm a returning customer for this item. The original bag was lost so I re-ordered. It proved sturdy and reliable. Also the handles were not too large - I'm short (5'2", 157cm, and find that some bags hang too near to the ground. This one is fine - I don't need to bend my arm. The bag was delivered in just 2 days for free with Amazon Prime trial.

Great Jute shopping bag exactly as described .Haven’t used them as yet so can’t comment on durability but they appear to be strong .Nice to have a navy colour for a change.Service and delivery was excellent. I. can highly recommend. Sue S

Better than I expected it to be and we’ll worth the price Was expecting it to be very low quality and small but it’s as good as anything the supermarkets sell for double the price and I found it to hold a lot of shopping and comfortable to carry when full.

Strong but not the size described, it's a lot smaller. Looks good. Also, the driver said marked as delivered but it didn't show up until much later so I thought I got nothing. I posted a review on that issue but Amazon took it down saying they don't accept reviews about packaging or delivery even though they've let others here post those kinds of reviews? Not really anything to do with the seller and more of an issue with Amazon, yet I thought it would be useful to know since others might have the same delivery issue.

Bought as an everyday bag for shopping, size for me just right as some bags I have are too big and I fill over then cannot lift. Having said that I’m surprised how much you can get in to this . Love the grey colour as will go with every thing and the quality seems good, hopefully will last a long time.
