I bought this for my desk at work. Not too big, not too small. It's slightly angled to give all your coins some show. It's stable and does the job. A good display or gift for any challenge coin collector.

This is a good challenge coin holder. It would hold the advertised number of standard sized coins. However, if you have coins that are slightly thicker, perhaps due to a domed face on each side, they would be too thick to sit properly in the grooves. You might be able to wedge those types of coins in, but they would be standing straight up and down and difficult to remove. I took a Dremel tool to the back groove of this stand and widened about 2 inches of it. The wood underneath is, of course, a different color than the stain. So if you don't mind seeing that when you peer into the groove, you'll be fine. Otherwise, it can be touched up with some craft store paint. The stand has a nice, shallow slope to it and doesn't require an oddly placed bar to prop up the back underneath. It's a good stand.

Great display for challenge coins. I used it to hold my challenge coins for races and this definitely fits the bill. It looks great and holds several coins easily. I would definitely recommend this.

I like this for a desktop display, but it doesn't hold that many coins. I thought this would be sufficient for my collection, but didn't realize I had so many coins. Still, as a display goes, this is excellent, well made, and a great product at a great price. It's small footprint may be perfect for the collector who hasn't gone nuts in gathering dozens and dozens of challenge coins! Recommended for the collector who has 12-18 coins.
