Gorgeous knife
Beautiful knife. Great quality. This knife makes me a huge civivi fan. IMHO slightly too large for EDC but still a fantastic purchase. Send it

cool knife
I'm impressed, I feel like it is a very reasonable price for such a nice knife. My new daily carry. I'll be buying more from this brand.

Impressive to say the least
This is one of the sharpest yet well thought out knives I own. The button lock action is unmatched the design is elegant yet functional. Proud owner indeed!

Damascus knife that doesn’t break the bank
I purchased quite a few Civivi knives recently including a few from the elementum line so I’ve already familiar with the value offered at this level. When I first got into collecting knives years and years (and years) ago Damascus blades always looked cool but never felt like they were within my budget (or practical for something I’d want to carry and use). But happy with my previous purchases and wish-listing quite a few other Civivi offerings I thought I’d take advantage of a gift card and “splurge”. Initially I was both impressed and disappointed. The shredded carbon scales feel smooth and high quality. The traditional Damascus pattern also invokes a uniqueness and again a quality product. But I wasn’t initially a fan of the button lock like I thought I would be. It felt a little stiff (more on that in a moment) and without any other means of deploying the blade like a fuller or flipper like some of the other button lock blades Civivi offers that I might hurt myself trying to flick it open and closed. But that “stiffness” is actually a boon. It means that button/lock isn’t easy to open/close on accident and after some careful practice I was able to find the sweet spot for opening and closing with releasing the button and minimal movement. Like all Civivi’s the fidget factor only grows from there but in an excellent looking package. I also like the slightly longer length of the handle and blade. As much as I love my other elementums the length of this handle is just aces. If you’re already a collector of Civivi then I’m sure I don’t really have to say more, you’re already wish listing if not buying. But if you’re new to Civivi or knives in general and I can recommend this as a solid purchase. Granted this may be more for show than practicality but it’s still operating at the same standards as the other Civivi knives I carry and use daily.

Civivi excellence as usual
I personally think this is the best Elementum of them all. The button lock on this particular model is one of the best that's come out of Civivi. I own over 15 Civivi's many of them button locks and none of them perform like this model. It's one of my only gripes with Civivi. Some of their models have a bit of button stick...oh and their stupid pocket clips. The BL version is incredible across the board, excellent ergos, hollow grind, buttery smooth, super fidgetability, great steel, sits narrow in the pocket, it's very light in weight and well manufactured. I do recommend upgrading to their Ti pocket clips but with that, you will lose the deep carry aspect.I also own the Damascus and carbon fleck version of this model and it's even better, smoother, and capable of a sharper edge. Also looks great for formal carry. This is the largest of the Elementum line sans the fixed blade. You will not notice that at all though. For the price it's almost impossible to beat. I highly recommend this version and this company.

Nice!
It is a nice slick and sleek EDC knife. The size is perfect and the design of just having a button lock makes it slim and nice to carry. The button lock mechanism is "like butta." The handle and blade(Damascus) is a beautiful design, making it fancy. It can only be opened with the button lock, which I like. A light EDC and not a clunker.

My daily carry!
I love this knife, its extremely fidgety! After about 3 weeks of owning it, I put the knife through quite a bit. The blade was very ridged when locked but there is some wobble side to side, and no, I did not pry with it. Though, I think it might have been from the constant open and closing I've done. The size of the blade for is is slightly too long. I use my knife at least 10-15 times a day carving and doing detailed work on many of my projects. For detailed work, I tend to get my pointer finger super close to the point of the blade to allow to better control, but due to the length- this is a bit difficult. The corner of cutting edge is too close to the handle and doesn't leave enough room to sit my middle finger on- at least without cutting it.Overall, I have already purchased a bugout 533-3 since I'll be able to gain better control with it. But this knife isn't going anywhere! I love the Damascus, I have the knife a mirror polish cutting edge and all and all it just looks fantastic, specially with the forged carbon blade. My knife looks like its been used and abused, but I feel it just adds character.Like I mentioned, I've only had this knife for 3 weeks now, I didn't expect there to be any play when fully locked open so soon. I'll continue to carry it and may post an update on how that play has developed over time.
