Q: I returned my canisters and never got my $15 gift card. i followed all the directions, and though i returned it to ups as asked, why didn't i get it?

The amazon customer service told me: "Thanks for pointing it out because this is the offer we have provided but the manufacturer didn't aprrove. (sic) We had a discussion and as I was concerned for you being our valuable customer, for you I managed to grant the request to provide $15 Gift Card." So, this has been an ongoing non-approved offer (scam) where they get $30 worth of canisters from their "customers."

Q: The price is to much. Why does it cost way more then SodaStream website?

Just bought one at Bed Bath and Beyond. with coupon, cost me abt $ 12.00 with exchange. two would have cost me $ 25 net. Works great. Far better deal than here.

Order direct from Soda Stream. They have the same exchange box. They send you new ones for $14.99, then only charge you the core fee ($15 per bottle) if the old bottles are not returned. Plus, its free shipping on 4 bottles.
