I have enjoyed my headset for months with no issues. used for work ,charge at night works all day. sound is great.

once I started using a headset there was no going back with my phone calls. this set has proved reliable and easy to use.

Constantly disconnecting without you even knowing. I have to play music in background to make sure headset is still on, and be able to turn it back on in a hurry before receiving a call.

I am giving it 3 stars for arriving\working an doing exactly what I wanted. Play youtube and answer phone calls. It includes a usb dongle for my pc. Nothing more. I am giving an unknown star for unknown durability as it handled shipping and dropping it, but I cannot attest to long term. It lost a star because it is uncomfortable. The speaker is half the size of my ear. Its too big to be an earbud and too small to be a headset. Its annoying feeling and allows outside sound to come in - essentially dampening its own sound. Expect nothing more for the price but you are better off funding another Chinese business that makes American sized headsets.

Not satisfied. I use for work and it keeps losing Bluetooth connection when I’m sitting right by the computer. It will just turn off and I cannot hear a call comes in. When I go to reconnect, it will take a long time for the Bluetooth to reconnect. Would not buy again.

Excellent product performance, though produces a really loud ring when someone calls me while wearing headset. It seems to happen on some bluetooth devices and not others. Have no idea why. Other than that there perfect.

Purchased for my husband to use in the transport, and they are actually super awesome. He said they are comfortable and they are super clear, and doesn't pick up back ground noise. Easy to use, and easy to Bluetooth. Great item for a discount price.

Paired instantly and reliably, battery life seems quite long, USB-C charging is very convenient. Call quality is a little 'hollow' but clear and loud, no problems hearing or being heard. As other reviewers have mentioned, the earpiece is quite small, which can be uncomfortable if worn on the ear lobe, as all of the pressure of the band is pressed into a small area.

This is a fantastic small headset. We purchased for the cottage handsfree calling and are very happy: 1. The battery life is really long, charging maybe once a month. 2. Bluetooth range is great, within the 2 floors of the cottage. I always have to look where I left my phone after the long call. Would recommend to anyone!
