As Good As More Expensive Brands!😍
As you can see, I had So Much Fun trying out these mica powders! I felt that I was taking a chance getting these ones because the price was AMAZING at under 8. compared to others on the market. But you know how it is for most of us out here financially. I took a chance and it paid off as you can see by my experiments with resin and soap making. The bottom line is that the shine, saturation of color, and look is the same as more expensive ones on the market. I even showed that in the last photo. This green powder is in the bag above and the more expensive kind of mica is below it. I couldn’t even tell the difference when I poured some of this powder into the big container below in that photo!I do suggest that you get some cheap, little containers to put these bagged powders into for easier pouring although the tiny spoon with bigger spoon that is included is quite good. For soap making novices, After you pour the soap in the molds, stir the melted wax in the mold. This gets rid of the initial skin on top of the soap that contains bubbles and doesn’t shine. So, the 6th photo is how the soap looked after I stirred it. Isn’t is pretty?! The color is a mixture of blue with green. The brighter and shinier blue towards the center of the tourquoise blue flower I brushed into the mold (sky blue) before pouring the wax. The only way to get it to stick to the silicone was to spray alcohol first and then scoop a bit of mica into the crevices with the end of a sandwich pick. I strongly suggest getting sandwich picks for resin epoxy, candle, and soap making. I got mine on Amazon. They are cheap, and fantastic for scooping up the smallest amounts of everything, getting into small crevices, and stirring small amounts of liquids. These are all this mica except for the white color in the 4th and 5th photo done in resin. The white is produced by a white sinker for resin. There are several of these on Amazon. I laid down some of these mica colors first, put a drop or 2 of the sinker on them and put a heat gun on it for about 5 seconds to make the resin more liquid and flow more.I hope that some part of this helped you on your road to exploring and expressing Yourself through Your Creativity!😍

GORGEOUS!
These powders create the most beautiful finished projects. I have made coasters and stackable trays and when the light hits them from different angles, the color changes. Gorgeous! Will buy again.

Wish they’d sell separate colors
I only buy this for one color in the pack. I wish they’d sell individual colors so I didn’t have a bunch of powder I won’t use. Otherwise, I love their powder. Mixes easily. Looks great.
