Three of my family members used this over the holidays and they are all avid bakers and were HIGHLY impressed with the design, thickness, ease of use, the lack of slipping on the counter while using, and that it lies flat even if it’s been rolled up. Mine is rolled up 365 days a year but lays flat every time I use it. It wipes clean and is a GREAT value for the cost. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would use it even once per year.

This baking mat is perfect size and quality are exactly what I was looking for. Cleans up easily and fits on top of my Boos Block cutting board. I recommend this baking mat for food prep, just don't use a knife, it's not a cutting board

This mat is large enough for my kitchem counter and the labels on the mat are helpful when measuring and makes baking easy. the mat protects my kitchen counter well. I was able to wash it easily and there was no smell when coming out of the package. This mat is reusable and it works very well with my sourdough baking!
