These are durable and work well in my house and my athletic training room both, but don't fit well in the thicker doors that enter the locker room.

Everything I wanted in a gravity trainer. Well made, easy to use. I purchased it with the intent of working out with my wife, and I have been VERY satisfied. We are going to finally get in shape! Also saved us about $120 over the name brand gravity trainer.

Received today and just tried it out. Like the fact that I can just use my body weight to do training without all those dumbbells. And you can start training right in your home without waiting for the machines in the gym and worrying about the hygiene problem.However, before you buy it, it would be better to make sure the direction your doors close/open and the space outside of the door. I just moved and the new place doesn't allow me a good space that I can freely use this item. Some exercises are limited to do due to the space issue. Also, I am quite short which makes it a bit challenging to put the anchors on the top of the door frame. I am still happy with this item anyway since I can't really attach TRX either and the price is great.

After it arrived I went to set it up, and realized it can only be used on one side of the door, the side that opens away from you. All of this side of our doors face a very small hallway, were there is not enough room to use this equipment. It is also difficult to set up, and doesn't stay very well, it's tricky to set up both straps over the door and have enough time closing the door, before they fall off/out of place. I cannot do this by myself, because I cannot even reach to put them up. If you open the door at all, they don't stay in place, it's a huge pain. I wish I had returned these, because I don't even have the ability to use them where I live and it's a huge hassle.

While this is no TRX band it is still great and offers a lot of diversity. Plus it can support my body weight (250 lbs). It's added a lot of functional movement to my pulling game. It helps me to focus on the mind-muscle connection and I can clearly feel the muscles activating especially in my back.

Straps take some time to get tightened due to one side slipping regularly. You have to hold the lever with teeth tightly against strap and pull tight to ensure it has a good grip on the strap so it won’t slip. Additionally, the top loop only has three stitches so it tends to bind up on any movement that requires it to slid back and forth. You get what you pay for with this product. They work as intended with a little more attention to setting so injury does not occur while using them.

They are straps with handles. My issues are always with my doorframe and not the straps, because the are just straps with handles. These were the lowest cost version I could find at the time.They do their job, which is being straps with handles.
