Almay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover Pads, 80 Counts

Excellent for very sensitive skin. This is the only eye makeup remover I've used that doesn't irritate my eyes or the skin around them, and I've tried a ton of other types and brands. These even remove waterproof eye makeup too! Pretty much unscented, which is great for my sensitive skin around the delicate eye area! I definitely prefer the pads to the stuff in the bottle, as the pads don't leave white bits of cotton on my face/around my eyes/in my eyelashes; and the convenience is very worth it! If I'm only wearing light eye makeup--a tiny bit of eyeliner and a light foundation around my eyes, I can usually get away with using one pad for both eyes if I use both sides--one side on each eye. I love the size of the container for travel, but there are a lot of pads in there--great value! Reminder: do not put half-used pads back in the container and wash your face (including eye area) after using--this is a basic reminder for ALL eye makeup remover pads to prevent eye irritation, okay? If you don't know this already, you probably shouldn't even be wearing makeup. Anyway, this product has been my absolute #1 eye makeup remover since I first spotted it & tried it in the 1990s!

Takes makeup off very easy

Almay has always made good products. The makeup remover pads really do remove makeup and isn't greasy feeling.

When I wear mascara and eye shadow, I want to be able to wipe it off and not leave any lasting makeup on my washcloth. These Almay makeup remover pads are perfect for me. They work quickly and completely remove my makeup. I often travel, and I put some of these in my travel bag wrapped in a small plastic bag. They were still moist a few days later, and worked very well. I usually take out a pad and swipe it from side to side, turn the pad over and repeat the swiping. This usually takes care of all of my make-up. If I have heavier eye make-up I will use two eye pads. Then I wash my face and rinse, and I do not have any residual makeup on my washcloth. These pads are light,with a light scent, work well, and have become a favorite makeup pad remover. Recommended. prisrob 11-23-16

I've been using Almay Non Oily Eyemakeup Remover Pads for years! They are gentle on my eyes but get the job done! Other brands I've tried are too greasy and irritate my eyes. They give me blurry vision! Plus they are too oily to use to correct a makeup mistake... you need to wipe excess oil and reapply face makeup. I can use Almay at the end of the day to remove all of my eye makeup or during makeup application to clean up after a wild mascara wand! No oil. No grease. No starting all over! I wear waterproof mascara daily. I only use one pad usually... I flip it over and use the other side for my other eye. I'm not sure why some users are disappointed with the small size... they are intended for a small area. Occasionally I use one wipe per eye if I am wearing heavier than normal eye makeup but usually one will do the job!

I don't wear a ton of makeup, so when I do, these are convenient and nice little light pads to get my eye makeup off.

Not for sensitive skin! The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell of ALCOHOL upon opening the container. You should not use alcohol based products that close to your eye. Nowhere in the ad did it say these were alcohol based! The ad actually said they were as safe and gentle as water! This is a bunch of B.S. they are too small and very thin...almost see-thru. They remind me of alcohol prep pads. I did still try them, but not on my eye. I put 5-6 different products (both waterproof and non-waterproof eyeliners and a lipstick) on the heal of my hand. It did NOT REMOVE any of the waterproof eyeliner or lipstick. It did remove some of the regular eyeliner. I had to literally scrub my hand with it until my hand was red and irritated to attempt to remove the waterproof eyeliner....it still did not work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

At the time of purchase these pads were value for money, but I note they do fluctuate in price. They are very effective and it is a very convenient way to remove eye make up. They do not leave a greasy residue. Even the most stubborn of products are removed with ease. It is well worth including in your makeup removal products.

It’s a small bottle in comparison to how you see it on the photo. However it works great, didn’t have any irritation or reaction. Removed mascara quite well, with a very heavy eye makeup you might need two per eye but it will definitely do the job. Finished my bottle so gotta order a new one.
