They appear to consistently produce a highly quality supplement, which is something I worried about and researched with all the new brands flooding the market. For these gummies specifically I only gave it 4 starts due to a slight graininess to the texture and the flavor is only ok. The texture may be a byproduct of the Citrate and not specific to this brand, but I haven't tried others to know for sure. The flavor isn't bad and has grown on me, but I found other gummies from this brand to have great flavor and judge this in comparison. Overall, I still recommend these gummies for anyone looking to try magnesium citrate supplements. Magnesium gummies work as indicated Tasty good

I thought these magnesium gummies were ok, they tasted ok to me, but I needed to take more of these (sometimes 3) to get the same results as my normal magnesium tablets. I have recently heard from a doctor that the heating process to create the gummies lessens the effectiveness of magnesium. That makes sense with how much I was needing to take, 1,200-1,800 mg vs a standard tablet 500-750mg.
