Does this come with a long strap?

No, there are no extra straps just the little handle as shown on the photo. Also just be aware that this lunchbox comes packed flat and it will always stay squashed (i’ve tried stuffing it full with paper and leaving it for a couple of days but it goes flat again afterwards)
