No, these are not. D'Addario does have some sets of ball end strings but the bass strings are not the same thickness as these.

Q: Would these strings work for a crafter guitar

Crafter is a brand of guitar, the strings are for a style of guitar known as a classical guitar regardless of brand. If your guitar is a classical guitar, which has nylon strings, these will work. If your guitar has all metal strings, no, these aren't meant for the guitar you have.

Q: Are these strings nickel free?

In many cases bronze contains nickel. The D'Addario site does not specifically state if these have nickel in their bronze but it does address nickel allergies if you do a search of frequently asked questions.
